It's time to put on our hiking boots, take a bike ride, maybe do a triathalon, or just feel strong working in the yard with no back pain. Whatever the case, my training classes can give you strength, endurance, balance and coordination to do all the things you want to do this summer.

I believe that exercising can be fun and not a chore! I am excited to be offering group training classes in your own neighborhood! Working out with others can make the process so much more enjoyable. Meeting new people in your neighborhood, sharing life stories and lifestyle choices, while receiving personal coaching and getting in a  killer workout is enriching and rewarding.


My focus as a trainer is to provide you with guidance, knowledge and inspiration so you can live the best life you want to live.
